The worst time for a dishwasher to be out of action is when twelve are sitting down to dinner that night.
Or maybe, the best time for a dishwasher to be our of action is when six of them are staying overnight and are skilled with the use of a tea towel.
It was a twenty four tea towel occasion!
We hope that your New Year’s celebrations were as much fun as ours, that the traditional plate brought by our “first-footers” will stretch to you and yours and that 2014 will bring good health and happiness.

That glasswear looks like it should not be seeing the inside of a dishwasher anyway. But for 12, with help, I would think that 24 towels is about right!
