Can't have been too much of a crisis, can it?

Isn't it always a big relief to get those cakes done :) I am planning on doing mine early next week as the temp is going to be in the low 20's rather than pushing 40, absolutely no fun cooking in that heat. I will never get used to this Christmas in summer lark !!
